I picked up an old standby that I used to take after the girls were born, Floradix. In terms of iron, it’s like eating calf’s liver without the preparation time or tastiness. Floradix is.. NAAAASTY, but it’s also highly effective. I need the iron, there’s no question about that, and this stuff is like spinach to Popeye for me.

In other news, my lack of gallbladder.. rather, the hole where my gallbladder used to be.. is giving me pain. It feels like a constant runner’s stitch and quite literally takes my breath away. I’m hoping muppet gets home with some Maalox or something, as I can definitely say that at the moment it is not: gas, muscle pain, general pain or a kidney stone. Stomach Ulcer, Pancreatitis, Gallstones or bile-blockage, maybe.
