Well, considering that "refrain from" simply means not to do it, while "withstand" denotes more resisting the compulsion. Which Cartman is definitely doing in the clip.

Is far too great to be pushed aside so easily. This is one of the videos that made me want to contribute and be a part of your community ( ive had it stuck in my head for a long time now XD).
