American Atheists sues the state of Kentucky because the state's office of “Homeland Security is ordered to publicize God’s benevolent protection in its reports”.

I kinda liked the damages clause. "Fanatics" is not too far off in some of these cases.

I seriously don't get why you are so proud of the "we had to lie because otherwise our lawsuit would have no merit" argument. Aren't you now in contempt of court?
