Brazilian Crosswalk Vigilantes.

A Rotary Club from the city of Blumenau, Brazil, started a campaign aimed at drivers who don’t respect crosswalks. I have NO idea how they'd deal with a 40 ton truck, but here they are in action against a small hatchback.

Some friends and I did this once. Only it wasn't in an intersection, it was a parkade. And he wasn't in a crosswalk, he was blocking my car. And we didn't just move him a reasonable distance, we moved him deep into a parking space sideways between two solid concrete walls with about 2" clearance on either end.

I've been tempted to just jump up on the hood and walked over it, but I haven't had sufficient testicular fortitude to do try it just yet.
Well then try this one: Stop as you reach the car. Make eye contact. Look confused, as if you can't comprehend what you're supposed to do with the crosswalk blocked. Make the universal gesture for "WTF is this?"

Then, pull out your spraypaint and paint crosswalk lines across the hood.
