Never heard of Five Guys and just found out there's one about 30 miles away from me. I've heard they're good as far as fast food cuisine goes.

I tried them once earlier this year up in Connecticut. The burgers and fries actually tasted pretty bland, even with salt and pepper. It didn't strike me as any kind of specialty. I'll have to try them again.

I personally don't care for Five Guys. It's down there with Sonic for me. For the money I rather have have Wendy's, which for me is the best after Red Robin... heck, I rather save money and go to McDonald's than have Five Guys or Sonic which are overpriced for the little taste improvement. But I know some who swear by them, so perhaps it's just me.

Five Guys moved into my city a year or so ago. I'm also not impressed by them. They're just normal fast food burgers, maybe a little better than Burger King.

Meh. I'll save my gas money then.
