Not to mention the most impressive floating islands I've ever seen. Most such islands around here (meaning, in the US) are terribly soft and fragile, they'd break up under you if you tried walking on them.
Fantastic stuff. I wonder if they cook the fish whole, with the smaller fish still in the gullet of the larger... kind of like a fish version of Turducken?
