Some words may be made up, however at some point in history, every word in any language had to be 'made up'. Otherwise no words would exist. God(tm) did not make up the English language. It evolved and continues to evolve. New words appear, old words disappear. Computer. Internet... etc. These words did not exist in the 1800's, yet they now do.

->Demopublican is a combination of Democrat and Republican. The inferred meaning is obvious and understood.
->Plutocratic is a real word.
->Kleptocracy is a real word. A combination of Klepto (Kleptomaniac/Kleptomania), pertaining to theft, and 'cracy' pertains to a form of government, referring to a form of government structured/based on the premise of stealing from the people.

This is why I won't help anyone, it'll just get me in trouble. Someone cries help I'll walk the other way, I witness a shooting I won't come forward. Hit and run, I'm the one running away from interviews. The best thing you can do in this life if you're a moral and just person is to dig a hole and hide in it until you die. Because nobody is going to come forward to help you do the right thing, but there will be plenty of people willing to smack you down for getting in their way.
