Michelle Jordan, a 34-year-old mother and registered nurse from Sunland, Calif. was stopped by LAPD for allegedly talking on her cell phone while driving. After being slammed into the ground once she was placed in handcuffs--only to be slammed into the ground again.
Surveillance footage of the incident, obtained by NBC LA, shows that after the officers pushed her into a cop car they then exchanged what seems to be a congratulatory fist bump.
