Why isn't possible this is cloud formation from a low pressure region along the wings as they pass through different temp/moisture/pressure layers?

I couldn't find any exactly matching photos, but let's assume this is a KC-10.

Those are not nozzles. Those are control surfaces and part of the flaps. Is it possible they are dumping fuel? I think the more obvious explanation is to think pressure changes. But I do wonder why there are not normal contrails as seen in this picture (but the plane might have been descending):

If "chemtrails" are so effective (and no one properly explains exactly what chemicals are in the trails) then why don't dictatorships use them openly?

Makes zero sense to sicken your own people deliberately, especially when your "empire" is on the hook for medical costs.

B) Nothing in the video shows me what it is spraying.
C) Nothing in the video shows me why.

What is being filmed could easily be contrails rather than chemtrails and as QM says, the conspiracy just doesn't make sense unless you believe in evil reptile overlords that are weakening us up for use as food.

- Where the hell do they store all these chemicals on the airplane? The fuselage is already full of passengers and crew and seats nd gear. The wings are filled with fuel. The hull is filled with luggage, packages and also has a fuel tank. The tail is filled with fuel. Where the hell is all this chemical stored?

A key indicator of the ignorance of the witnesses is the quote "It looks like he's spraying out of the top of his wings". It's hard to see in the video, yet if you look, indeed the condensation is forming above the wing, especially toward the root. The top of the wing is the lowest pressure, where vapour will condense most readily. Also, the wing root has the longest chord of the planform and in most aircraft (though I don't really know about commercial airliners) has a greater angle of attack than the more tipward chord sections. The indicated "Nozzles", which is not where the majority of the chemtrails emanate anyhow, are fairings of the flap hinge mechanism, readily visible if you've ever had a window seat behind the wing of a commercial airliner.

Did I waste my time explaining that? I suppose anyone who would consider this video "proof" is probably going to have a reality distortion field that will reject any rational explanations anyhow.

Crap crap crap. Even if it were true that the world's governments were trying to poison us or drug us en masse, spraying them from planes into the atmosphere would be probably the worst and least efficient way of doing it. Utter bollocks, baloney, balderdash.

I just realized the funniest thing about this video.

A KC10 is an in-air refueling plane. There is a giant boom hanging off the back of the plane. If they wanted to spray chemicals, they could just use the GIANT HOSE that the plane is designed around instead of mystery nozzles that don't exist.
