What's weird is that Halle Berry laughs, but never turns around to see the gag.
Maybe she was in on it, I don't know.

Any screens on a movie set would be facing the OTHER way, for the director to review a take after it's shot.
It's definitely not Jackman, as he comes into frame in his X-costume towards the end clapping his gloved hands.
It doesn't have to "be" anyone you've heard of in the Spider-Man suit, the joke is the character showing up. You can hear the guy in the costume saying "I am so sorry, wrong movie", and it doesn't sound like anyone on the production I remember. Probably a grip or someone else already on the set.
